She threatened “neighborly” with violence, but ended up under investigation. An instructive story from Sevastopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
You need to be kinder, ladies, kinder…
In Sevastopol, local police officers detained a local resident who was threatening her neighbor with violence. As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a sudden conflict between two women escalated into death threats and ended with one of them being prosecuted.
It was established that in the morning, a 39-year-old local resident was walking her daughter to school and at the same time decided to walk the dog. At that moment, a 50-year-old woman with her son came out of a neighboring apartment and, seeing that a strange dog was sniffing her child, kicked the pet, which rolled down the steps from the blow.
This act outraged the dog’s owner, and she reprimanded her neighbor, but she became rude, pushing first her daughter and then the woman herself. From a sudden push, the victim lost her balance and, sliding down the steps, fell on the staircase. The rowdy didn’t stop there: she attacked her neighbor, began to strangle her with her hands, threatening her with violence, and then disappeared— the police gave details.
The local police commissioners of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Leninsky district detained the suspect. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Art. 119 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Threat of murder”). The defendant faces up to two years in prison.
