During the monitoring of Telegram channels, employees of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol identified a video message in which a resident of Simferopol reports the lack of provision for his five-year-old son, suffering from a disease prescribed by medicine.
