Since April 25, a restriction on the stay of citizens in forests has been introduced in Crimea

On the territory of the forest fund lands in the Republic of Crimea, from April 25, restrictions were introduced on the stay of citizens in forests and the entry of vehicles into them and the carrying out of certain types of work in forests.
Appropriate measures have been implemented to prevent the threat of emergency situations and ensure fire safety in accordance with by order Ministry of Natural Resources of Crimea “On restricting the stay of citizens in forests, the entry of vehicles into them and carrying out certain types of work in forests in order to ensure fire safety.” The same order contains a list of permitted places of recreation during the imposed restriction regime.
What is prohibited:
— making fires,
— carrying out fire hazardous work,
— carrying out work using open fire in forests and natural ecosystems,
— burning of logging residues and garbage, dry grass and household waste,
— carrying out agricultural fires and gas welding works.
The restrictions specified in the order do not apply to persons carrying out activities on the use of forests in accordance with current legislation, including persons using forest areas for the purpose of carrying out recreational activities (providing recreational services) and persons located on these recreational forest areas (receiving recreational services).
