Since the beginning of the year, more than five million tourists have rested in Crimea

The number of tourists who have rested in Crimea since the beginning of the year was announced by the Head of the Republic Sergey Aksyonov in his Telegram channel.

This year, the tourist flow is less than in the past, due to the restriction of air traffic. However, from January to August, our region was visited by more than 5,26 million vacationers, — said Sergey Aksyonov.

According to the Head of the Republic of Crimea, the modernization of the tourism infrastructure continues, work is underway to increase the number of rooms. In addition, large investment tourism projects are being implemented.
