The project «Sport in every yard» has been implemented since 2018 on behalf of the President. The most important thing is that sports are becoming accessible: playgrounds near the house, classes are free, all equipment is provided, the project is year-round. We also visit new sports facilities. We receive a lot of good feedback from the residents of the city in the guest books and pages on social networks , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Oksana Krivochenko, Deputy Director for Sports of the City Center for Social and Sports Programs of Sevastopol.
Four times a week from 8: to in the park at 1 Krestovsky Street in Balaklava, general physical training classes are being held with sports instructor Olga Barulina. Participants warm up, exercise with gymnastic sticks, perform exercises to develop strength and coordination of movement, and the breathing practice ends.
Our goal is to introduce to the sport and most importantly — do no harm. I try to work with everyone and individually talk about all the physical features and abilities in order to choose a training program that is optimal for everyone. The most important thing is health promotion and good mood, — says Olga Barulina, instructor of the project «Sports in every yard».
