In Sevastopol, they plan to plant about three hundred trees and five thousand shrubs. Mikhail Razvozhaev, Governor of Sevastopol, announced the start of landscaping work on social networks.
The season of compensatory gardening has begun in Sevastopol. The first object this year is General Khryukin Street, 350 shrubs and more than 20 trees were planted here, a lawn of drought-resistant grasses with an area of about 2000 square meters is being created by hydroseeding— Sevastopolskaya Gazeta quotes the governor.
He also noted that contractors must provide not only care for the plants, but also ensure the survival of seedlings.
If the trees fail to adapt, they will plant new ones under warranty.Mikhail Razvozhaev promised.
In total, during the season, it is planned to plant 14 objects on Lev Tolstoy, Communist, Rabochaya, Bagriy, Dmitry Ulyanov streets, areas along General Ostryakov Avenue, a square on Kosarev Street: more than 270 trees and about 5,000 shrubs will be planted there. In addition, part of the funds will be directed to the development of compensatory landscaping projects for four social facilities.
