CrimeaPRESS reports:

150 students from leading universities in Crimea, as well as school and college students gathered in Gagarinsky Park in Simferopol to jointly begin cleaning the area. Gagarinsky Park is one of the largest parks in the city, and continuous work is required to keep it clean and tidy. During the action, youth cleared the park of leaves and debris. This mass action became an excellent example of cooperation between various educational institutions and their social activity.

The cleaning was carried out through the efforts of student youth as part of the All-Russian patriotic action “Snow Landing of the Russian North Ossetia”. Due to the lack of snow in Crimea, the action was called the “Crimean student landing of the Russian North Ossetia”. This year the event brought together 500 participants. This is a large-scale volunteer labor action in which student fighters from all over the country take part. The activities of the “RSO Snow Landing” are aimed at improving populated areas, helping the elderly, children and veterans of the Great Patriotic War, as well as promoting volunteerism and work activity among school and student youth.

The guys started work early in the morning, responding to the call from city parks, which provided a significant amount of work. Having organized themselves quickly, the participants of the action successfully coped with the removal of fallen branches and debris, giving the park a new look. Yu.A. Gagarin freshness and order to a popular vacation spot for city residents.

Participating in the cleaning of Gagarinsky Park as part of the all-Russian volunteer campaign Crimean Student Landing turned out to be an unforgettable experience for me. This experience showed me how important it is to respect the environment and take an active part in preserving it. We, the students, are responsible for the future of our country, and cleaning up the park was a great opportunity to contribute to creating a healthy and environmentally friendly living environment.

Working together with other participants in the action, we sorted garbage, cleared the area of fallen leaves, and cleaned up park paths. Every minute worked brought us satisfaction and a sense of pride in the work done. Of course, the action requires effort and energy, but thanks to the unanimity of the participants, we completed the task.

The results of our work were visible to the naked eye. The park has been transformed and become even more beautiful. We believe that our work will set an example for other citizens and motivate them to be more responsible towards the environment, – shared Karina Gayanova, commander of the Crimean student detachment “Ayu-Dag”.
