The Family Mortgage Program in its current form ends on July 1, 2024. Currently, families with one child born from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2023, two or more children under 18 years of age, or a child with a disability can take advantage of this loan. The rate on a family mortgage is 6% per annum, the minimum down payment is 20%.
