On the eve of the Holy Resurrection of Christ and Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, the museum-reserve, together with the My History Foundation, the Crimean Metropolis and the Sevastopol Deanery, invites children from 6 to 16 years old to take part in the online competition “For Faith! For the Fatherland! Show your creativity, read thematic poems or perform songs with a group, record a video, send it and win the patriotic competition!
Until April 29, the class teacher is invited to make a horizontal video up to one minute long. There you need to record either a song (performed by a group of schoolchildren) or a poem on a patriotic or Orthodox theme, read by one of the students. After this, you should fill out an application (samples are in appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to the regulations) and send a video (several are possible) by email nekrashevich@chersonesos-sev.ru. The subject of the letter is “For the Faith! For the Fatherland!
On April 30, a competent jury will evaluate the submitted works and determine the winners in two age groups: 6-10 years old and 11-16 years old. The 6 best participants will be selected among song performers (school groups) and another 6 people — among poetry readers.
Awarding the winners of the online competition “For Faith! For the Fatherland! will take place on May 11 at a gala concert in Tauride Chersonese. The competition laureates will receive diplomas and memorable prizes.
