Tauride Chersonesos again became the only museum of Crimea in the country's media rating
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Chersonese Tauride entered the top 20 museums in Russia for 2023 according to the Medialogy company. It became the only museum in Crimea and Sevastopol represented in this media rating. The leaders were the Victory Museum, the State Hermitage Museum and the Tretyakov Gallery.
The past year turned out to be rich in events for the museum-reserve, which were regularly covered in its official groups, on various TV channels, in print and online publications. We are very grateful to representatives of the media, every visitor and subscriber on social networks. It is thanks to sincere love for Tauride Chersonese and joint efforts that the museum-reserve increases its presence in the information space, becoming recognizable to an increasing number of people. Despite the fact that we live in difficult times, when the tourist flow is somewhat reduced and not everyone can get to the patriotic capital of Russia, the staff of our museum strive to ensure that the history of the ancient city is known not only in Sevastopol, but also beyond its borders. This is precisely what is aimed at creating news stories and articles, maintaining pages on social networks, creating informational and educational films and series. After all, right now it is especially important to know and remember the history of your country and the origins of its culture— note the press service of the Tauride Chersonese Museum-Reserve.
Let us remind you that the Medialogy company is the developer of an automatic system for monitoring and analyzing media and social media in real time. It automatically examines about 250 thousand platforms, including more than 2.5 billion accounts, and assesses the level of representation of organizations in the media space. The rating of museums is based on the media, which currently includes more than 88 thousand sources: television, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, online media and blogs.
