Tax service: a qualified electronic signature of the Federal Tax Service of Russia can be obtained from authorized representatives

Over 37 thousand taxpayers have used the services of the Certification Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Sevastopol and received a qualified electronic signature (QES) for signing tax reports, invoices, acts, consignment notes and other documents.

Let us remind you that the scope of application of the CEP of the Federal Tax Service of Russia is very wide — it operates on any sites, resources, platforms and services. In addition, the received electronic signature certificate is used in the services of the Federal Tax Service of Russia: “Submission of accounting and tax reporting”, “Self-registration service in the tax reporting system”, “Visualization service of electronic documents”, “Personal account of an individual entrepreneur”, “Personal account of a legal entity” faces.»

To obtain a CEP, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities can apply not only directly to the Certification Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, but also to authorized representatives.

These include:

• PJSC Sberbank.
• JSC Analytical Center.
• VTB Bank (PJSC).
• JSC «Unified Electronic Trading Platform».
• JSC Tinkoff Bank.
• JSC «Electronic Moscow».
• PJSC Promsvyazbank.

When contacting a proxy, it is important to take into account that the duration of their powers varies: from 2 months to 3 years.

To obtain a CEP from authorized persons, you need a personal application and the same set of documents as when applying to the tax authority:

• main identification document (passport);
• information about the insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS);
• information about the taxpayer identification number (TIN);
• certified media (USB token) for recording electronic signature keys on it.
