The Tax Service of Sevastopol said: at the height of the holiday season, the management of the company, which provides vacation spots in the city, allowed tax evasion.

Despite the full workload of the Tourist Hotel, the money for the land tax was not received by the budget in due time. The head of the enterprise disregarded the court decision to pay the amounts due to the budget, ignored all the requirements of the law and owed the state a significant amount. As a result of the joint activities of the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the city of Sevastopol, the Government of Sevastopol, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for Sevastopol, the organization fully paid the tax debt in the amount of more than 20 million rubles , — announced the details of the story in the press service of the department.

Earlier, 15 June, employees of the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the city of Sevastopol and the Interdistrict Department of Bailiffs for the Execution of Special Enforcement Proceedings of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the City of Sevastopol conducted a joint raid. The reason for the release of services directly to the object was the lack of voluntary payment of taxes and the lack of funds in the bank account of the enterprise. As a result of enforcement actions, an act of inventory was drawn up and the management of the company was given a resolution on the seizure of property located at the place of business.

The taxpayer has also become an object of close attention of the Government of Sevastopol. At the Interdepartmental Commission on the repayment of debts to the consolidated budget of the city of Sevastopol, further prospects for the debtor’s activities were considered.
