Tax service of Sevastopol: the presence of tax debts to Sevastopol residents will help to check the interactive service

Using the interactive service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia «Information about debt» Citizens and organizations will be able to find out about the presence of tax debts in a timely manner.

A prerequisite for connecting to this service is agreement legal or natural person to such information submitted to the tax authority. To do this, you must fill out a form in the form approved by by order of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated November 22, 2022 No. ED-7-8 / 1135@ (Form according to KND 1160068).

IN consent the name and TIN of the organization or the full name of an individual are indicated, indicating his passport data, as well as the date and place of birth. In addition, the field with the phone number and (or) e-mail address is filled in, to which information will be sent about the presence of arrears, debts on penalties, fines and interest.

Individuals can apply agreement about informing about the debt in the following ways: by mail, in person or through the Internet service «Personal account of the taxpayer for individuals«. To do this, in the «Profile» section (full name), you need to click on the option «Consent to inform about the presence of arrears and (or) debts for penalties, fines, interest.»

Organizations provide consent in electronic form via telecommunication channels, signed with a qualified electronic signature, by mail on paper or in person directly to the tax authority.

Citizens and organizations, users of the service, will receive SMS or E-mail messages of their choice.

If the taxpayer has indicated an email address, the message will be sent from the address: noreply@fcod.nalog.ru with the text: “Dear taxpayer! Tax debt _____ rub. Until the moment of payment, the amount of debt increases daily due to the accrual of penalties.

The presence of an outstanding debt is the basis for applying for its collection to the bailiff service, which can take restrictive measures (including suspending operations on the debtor’s bank accounts, seizing his property, limiting the debtor’s travel outside the Russian Federation). If the taxpayer has chosen the method of receiving SMS notifications, he will receive a message from the short number «Nalog.ru» with the text: «Tax debt ____ rubles.»

The frequency of such mailings is strictly regulated by the legislation on taxes and fees — no more than once a quarter.

Subscribing to the service allows you to prevent the risks of applying debt collection measures, interim measures against the debtor and other restrictions.
