Terrible revenge. In Crimea, a man burned a fellow villager's car

In Crimea, police officers have identified a suspect in the arson of a fellow villager’s car.

The duty station of the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Bakhchisarai region of the Republic of Crimea received a message from the Ministry of Emergency Situations about a fire in one of the villages of the region of a Chery car. The foreign car received minor damage as the flames did not spread to the interior.

During operational activities, police officers determined that the cause of the fire was arson and detained the suspect, a local resident who had no previous convictions. The man admitted his guilt and explained that he had developed a personal hostile relationship with the owner of the vehicle, so he decided to take revenge on him in this way: he poured gasoline on the hood of the car and set it on fire.– the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea gave details.

The amount of damage caused to the owner of the car will be determined during the examination.

The investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Bakhchisarai region opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 2 art. 167 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A preventive measure was chosen against the suspect in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
