The action «Inclusive Museum» starts on December 1 in the Alushta Literary and Memorial Museum of S.N. Sergeev-Tsensky. In addition, the museums of Ivan Shmelev, Alexei Beketov prepared exhibitions, excursions, concerts, master classes adapted and created for people with disabilities. The program of events is aimed at drawing public attention to the importance of the equal participation of all people in cultural life.
Republican museum institutions in Alushta — museums of writers Sergey Sergeev-Tsensky and Ivan Shmelev, academician of architecture Alexei Beketov have prepared exhibitions, excursions, concerts and master classes adapted and created for people with disabilities.
On December 1, a traveling exhibition «Mighty Russian Talent» will open for the 60 anniversary of the Museum of S.N. Sergeev-Tsensky, a meeting will be held between recipients of social services and specialists from the Alushta Social Services Center and museum staff , the Crimean Ministry of Culture reported.
Continuing in the Museum-estate of A.N. Beketov, a thematic hour is planned, which will introduce guests to the work of the talented academician of architecture Alexei Beketov and his family — the ancient, noble family of the Beketovs. Using interactive multimedia technologies, museum staff will tell visitors about the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which is marked on the calendars of the whole world in order to draw attention to the problems of people with disabilities, and in order to admire the extraordinary strength of mind, determination, and the ability to succeed in difficult conditions.
Also, from December 2 to 10 there will be guided tours adapted for people with disabilities, you can visit permanent and temporary exhibitions. Exhibition projects are available on the Pushkin card , — clarified in the Ministry of Culture.
The action, organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Crimea, is dedicated to the Day of Inclusion in Russia and the International Day of the Disabled.
