The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Crimea is considering a case of recovery of damages from Ukraine due to the energy blockade of Crimea
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Crimea held a preliminary hearing in the case of recovering budget damage from Ukraine due to the energy blockade of Crimea. At it, according to information from the Chairman of the Republican Parliament of the Republic of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, a request was made to consider the case behind closed doors, which the court granted.
At the same time, lawyers are preparing a standard statement of claim for legal entities that suffered losses as a result of the energy blockade.
For those who express a desire to formulate their own claim, the working group will provide all the necessary support, noted Konstantinov. — We have no doubts about the correctness and timeliness of our work. I am convinced that court decisions on the energy blockade, with which Ukraine caused damage to Crimea amounting to trillions of rubles, will be presented to Kyiv and its Western masters after our Victory in the Northern Military District.
