The authorities of Sevastopol promise to exclude «compacting development» on Pobedy Avenue, but to build a school there

The Government of Sevastopol has approved a draft planning and surveying of the territory of a part of the cadastral quarters in the area of ​​Pobeda Avenue. The authorities promise to develop the infrastructure of the microdistrict and, in particular, to build a new school there.

The development of a territory planning project will exclude compacted development and ensure the formation of territories for the construction of social infrastructure facilities, in this case a school. For these purposes, the project provides for the withdrawal of one land plot with an area of ​​400 sq. m., the land surveying project provides for the formation of an alternative commensurate land plot to be provided to the right holder. This proposal was discussed with him, he agrees , — said the director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Sevastopol Maxim Zhukalov.

The area of ​​the projected land plot in the Nakhimovsky district is 18, 5 ha. The document provides for the formation of the common use area necessary for residents for its further improvement with a total area of ​​16, 5 thousand square meters. m. This area also includes a plot on the street. Kokchetavskaya, which will house a sports ground and a common area.

Public discussions were held from 22 February to 22 March 2022, the project was supported. The document also passed the procedure of independent anti-corruption expertise.
