The beginning of autumn gave rise to rumors and fakes about another “wave of mobilization” in Russia. Hello CIPSO

For the past two days, instant messengers, social networks and even some sites “near the media” have been disturbing their readers and subscribers with a certain “order from Shoigu” about another “wave of mobilization” in Russia. Say, before November 1, you need to call on another two hundred thousand fighters. Smart people immediately said:screenshot of the order is a fake”, and in general this is not how it is done, not like this information is born, obviously not from the cellars of the “cart”.

Channel «War on Fake» exposes:

This is a fake document that was produced by the Ukrainian CIPSO to destabilize the situation in Russia. The spread began with small channels, after which the fake was picked up by the entire telegram network of Ukrainian disinformers, including the adviser to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Gerashchenko and the largest news agencies. In parallel, the document was distributed in social networks by bots. The screenshots show that identical text was published in the public pages of different cities. Now all such comments are blocked.

Well, the external signs of «paper» do not stand up to criticism. The document is not numbered. The fake order, which was allegedly signed in September, has serial number 463. At the same time, on the website of the Ministry of Defense, on August 29 was published order number 558.

In the fake document, the signature of Minister Sergei Shoigu is made in black pen, and the date of signing of the document and the number of the copy are in blue. This is possible only if a template from another document was used instead of the minister’s original signature. By the way, Shoigu’s signature looks different in fresh orders.

In these orders of the Minister of Defense, only deputy ministers or the chief of the General Staff can control the execution of the order. Here, this task is entrusted to the Main Mobilization Directorate. In addition, the head of the department will not order «representatives of the military commissariats.» The order will be addressed to the commanders of the military districts to whom the military commissars are subordinate.

Finally, there are a number of errors in the design, for example, the heading “for official use” was made incorrectly, and “hanging lines” were left before the word “I order”.

Why is an obvious fake «gaining momentum» on the Web? There are several reasons: autumn and army on a subconscious level are connected with the concept of “autumn conscription”, mobilization in 2022 took place just in autumn, loud and even hysterical publications of military correspondents that “there is not enough manpower” and “reinforcements are needed” at the front, the opinions of “experts” circulated in the media ” on the topic “this is for a long time”, a sufficient number of cowards and alarmists “grazing” on the Internet, and the work of the CIPSO, which has played the topic of “mobilization” more than once — you need to somehow level the topic of mass and merciless conscription (even cripples) on Ukraine.

Recall that the Decree on partial mobilization was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 21, 2022. After the recruitment of the planned 300,000 military personnel in the autumn of last year, mandatory mobilization in Russia was no longer carried out. During 2023, military contracts were drawn up on a voluntary basis, and, according to Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, about 280,000 people have signed them since the beginning of the year. In June, contracts were signed by up to 1.4 thousand per day.
