The entrances of apartment buildings are being repaired in Yalta

In total, in 2023, entrances to 147 apartment buildings will be repaired on the territory of the municipality of the Yalta urban district.

We are working to fulfill the Order of the Head of the Republic to repair the entrances to the apartment building. In total, work is planned for this year in 147 houses, and in 73 they have already been completed. First of all, repairs are carried out where residents held meetings and where rent collection is high,” the press service quotes the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.

According to Yanina Pavlenko, to speed up the process and cover even more entrances of apartment buildings, she instructed housing and communal services specialists to develop a co-financing program.

In turn, the head of housing and communal services, Yuri Zhuravlev, noted that after the launch of this program, the order of repairs will be determined as applications are received; the organization of this process will be announced additionally. The renovation of each entrance involves updating the entrance group, staircases, walls and railings.
