The first certificate for the purchase of housing for orphans was issued in Sevastopol

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Director of the Department of Capital Construction Illarion Gapitsonov presented today the first certificate for social benefits in the amount of 4.7 million rubles. The funds are intended for orphans and children left without parental care, and can be spent on the purchase of housing.

It is very important that citizens who have received a certificate can sell it to buy housing over 33 sq. m. Funds can be used to purchase an apartment or residential building in the city of Sevastopol. In my opinion, this is a significant starting support for improving the living conditions of citizens. To date, the department has already applied for a certificate for citizens , — the press service of the Government of Sevastopol quotes Illarion Gapitsonov.

In Sevastopol, 479 orphans need housing. Since the beginning of the implementation of the state program «Housing», the conditions 130 of representatives of this category of citizens have improved.

I plan to use the received cash payment as an initial mortgage payment. For a certain time I lived in a mobile fund, but I always believed that I would have my own comfortable housing. And today this long-awaited moment has come , — notes the first owner of the certificate Anna Mesyatseva.

Recall, in addition to issuing certificates, by the end 2022 of the year it is planned to improve the living conditions of even more 130 orphans — to acquire 44 comfortable residential premises for further provision to citizens of this category, transfer 56 apartments in the house on Laboratornoye Highway and build a house on 36 apartments in Inkerman.
