The former Zvezdochka hotel in Yalta will be resettled
CrimeaPRESS reports:
More than 110 families (300 people) live in Zvezdochka. Resettlement is proceeding in several directions — ownerless housing is identified, which we subsequently assign to the municipality, escheated apartments, and we conclude investment agreements with developers. We also plan to include Zvezdochka residents in the new Regional Targeted Program for Resettlement from Dilapidated Housing — its approval is scheduled for 2025.
We understand that people have to wait in uncomfortable conditions — I instructed the Housing and Communal Services Department to determine what problems we can solve promptly. We will begin repairing the roof where necessary — we will change sections of the sewer system, glaze the flights of stairs. Offered those wishing to move to a temporary accommodation fund“,” notes Yanina Pavlenko and added that in parallel an inventory and updating of personal files will take place. — I am receiving signals that those who have already been given comfortable housing are in no hurry to leave Zvezdochka.
