The General Plan of Sevastopol will reflect objects of regional importance

CrimeaPRESS reports:

Today, at the plenary meeting of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, the director of the city Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, Maxim Zhukalov, presented a draft law that defines the types of objects of regional significance that are to be displayed in the General Plan.

According to Maxim Zhukalov, the draft law will fix objects that are in state ownership, as well as created within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation for the development of Sevastopol or the state program of Sevastopol.

The objects listed in the draft law relate to the areas of transport, emergency prevention, education, healthcare, sports, energy, recycling, disposal, disposal of production and consumption waste, improvement of public spaces, culture, recreation and tourism, sanatorium resort destination, social services, burial and funeral business , — said the director of the Department.

The approval of such a list will make it possible to foresee important social facilities in the updated territorial planning document — the General Plan.

Only those objects of regional importance that meet certain requirements will be displayed in the General Plan. Firstly, they are of regional importance, and secondly, their construction was carried out at the expense of budgetary funds , Maxim Zhukalov added.

Today, the bill passed in the first reading. For consideration of the document in the second reading, it will be finalized: the norms providing for the display of the listed objects of regional importance in the Master Plan from January 1 2025 will be excluded. In connection with the dynamic growth of the population of Sevastopol, a decision was made to update the draft Master Plan in full, so it will reflect all objects of regional significance provided for by law.
