In Sevastopol, the Nakhimovsky District Court convicted a local resident, 1994 year of birth. He was found guilty of committing a crime under paragraph «a» part 4 of Art. of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car of the Rules of the Road, negligently resulting in the death of a person, if committed by a person in a state of intoxication).

It was established that in December 2021 of the year, at night, a man was driving a car in a state of intoxication.
