The KFU-2 team became the champion of Group B of the NSFL

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The team of the Crimean Federal University «KFU-2» became the champion of Group B of the National Student Football League. The Crimeans won the title ahead of schedule.

I want to praise the guys. Today they didn’t swing for a long time, they quickly made a comfortable score. With this victory we were able to solve the problem of the entire tournament, so the guys did well. You can give the guys a solid A. When we created the second team, we understood that there was a constant change of generations in the first team, and this second team was needed. The guys showed that they are growing, that they deserve more, and in the future, I think each of them will deserve to play in the first team, – quotes the press service of the head coach of the KFU team. V. I. Vernadsky Sergei Velichko.

In total, the teams played 12 matches during the season. Let us remind you that in 2022 the KFU-2 team took second place in Group G of the Top Division of the National Student Football League.

Complex all-Russian competitions within the Upper Division of the National Student Football League are held within the framework of the federal project “Sport is the norm of life” with the financial support of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation, as well as with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Russian Student Sports Union.
