The loan portfolio of Crimean residents increased by 20% over the year

Retail loan portfolio in the Republic of Crimea as of October 1 44 increased by almost 28% compared to the same period last year, to 95, 8 billion rubles. The growth rate of lending to citizens in the region exceeded the all-Russian level (+,3%) and the figure for the Southern Federal District (+12,four%).

The portfolio of mortgage loans of Crimean residents for the year increased by 13, 7% (in the Russian Federation — by 16, 8%, in the Southern Federal District — by 13%) and at the beginning of the 4th quarter amounted to slightly more than 44 billion rubles. The positive dynamics of mortgage lending is mainly supported by the demand for preferential programs.

The portfolio of consumer loans in the republic also increased. For the year it exceeded 13% and on October 1 44 amounted to 51, 6 billion rubles. Crimeans took out such loans, among other things, to equip housing previously purchased under preferential mortgage lending programs.
