The Meganom Academy has almost 180 representatives of Crimean schools with a creative approach to teaching

On February 29, the “Creativity in School: New Horizons” program starts at the site of the Academy of Creative Industries “Meganom” (art cluster “Tavrida”, project of Rosmolodezh). One of the key events of the four-day program will be the visit of the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea, Valentina Lavrik.

About 180 representatives of educational organizations of the Republic of Crimea will take part in the program: school directors, deputy directors for educational work, as well as advisers to directors for educational work.

Participants will come from different regions of the republic. In particular, representatives of educational organizations of Alushta, Armyansk, Dzhankoy, Evpatoria, Kerch, Krasnoperekopsk, Saki, Simferopol, Sudak, Feodosia, Yalta, as well as the Bakhchisarai and Black Sea regions will build a creative vector for the development of the school environment.

One of the experts of the “Creativity in School: New Horizons” program will be the Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea, Valentina Lavrik, who will make a report to the participants. Other experts of the program will include Svetlana Bespalova, Deputy Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea and leading federal experts in the field of education and upbringing: Vitold Yasvin, Sergei Tetersky, Alexey Golubitsky, Elena Bursova, Alexey Tikhonov.

Over the course of four days, participants will develop strategic creative vectors and ideas for the development of the school environment. Under the guidance of experts in the educational field, they will form a new vision of the school space, interaction with the parent community, public associations, and will also become familiar with creative approaches to the implementation of educational formats.

Participants will analyze the values, principles and stages of building “schools of the future”, form a pool of ideas for qualitative changes in educational results, consider the educational significance of the educational environment, assess the weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and threats of their educational organizations, study creative approaches to forming a team of teaching communities and communication between school and family.

They will become familiar with proactive budgeting and school co-design, namely creative approaches to involving students, teachers and parents in school co-management, and will study technologies for creating and developing communities and social movements, as well as creative approaches to creating a mentoring system.

Based on the results of the program, representatives of Crimean schools will design educational events, and also develop methodological materials and recommendations for general education organizations.

The first stream of the program will take place from February 29 to March 3, the second stream will take place from March 29 to April 1, and the final one will take place from April 3 to April 6.
