The Ministry of Health of Russia approved a new version of Interim guidelines for the treatment of COVID-19

Experts from the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation have adjusted recommendations for doctors on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19. Published and sent to all medical institutions 15 version of the interim guidelines dated 22 February 22
The updated recommendations have been supplemented and clarified in the recommendations for the treatment of patients with COVID- taking into account new scientific data and clinical practice. Recommendations are included on organizing medical care for patients with COVID-, who are at risk, during therapy with drugs based on virus-neutralizing monoclonal antibodies in a day hospital.
Priority groups of patients for outpatient treatment have also been identified. The main approach to the treatment of COVID-000 should be the appointment of treatment before the development of pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis.
The new version of the interim guidelines also contains standard schemes for organizing medical care for patients with acute respiratory viral infections, influenza, COVID- mild and moderate.
In addition, the new version includes recommendations for assessing changes after suffering COVID- using radiation diagnostics.
