The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea informs about direct communication with citizens of the Republic. Communication with Crimeans by the leadership of the department will take place in the “Direct Line” format October 18, 2023 from 14:00 to 18:00.
Reception of citizens will be carried out by appointment, at the address Simferopol, st. Samokisha, 30, office. No. 17 from 14:00 to 18:00, upon presentation of an identification document. If personal presence is not possible, use telephone or video conferencing.
Preliminary requests are accepted by phone number +7 (3652) 544-668, as well as by email minkurort@mtur.rk.gov.ru .
Only issues that are within the competence of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea are subject to consideration.
