The Ministry of Resorts of Crimea invites you to participate in the rating “TOP-100 Russian health resorts”
CrimeaPRESS reports:
The Association of Health Tourism and Corporate Health (AOT) accepts applications for participation in the annual federal rating of investment attractiveness «TOP 100 Russian health resorts»which is compiled with the support of relevant ministries and departments of the regions of the Russian Federation.
In 2024, the TOP 100 Russian Health Resorts rating will be published for the ninth time. Today it is a recognized objective source of data and the main reference point for both industry players and potential investors, as well as an important component in popularizing the Russian health tourism brand.
As the leaders of the “TOP-100 Russian health resorts” note, for sanatoriums, participation in the rating allows them to receive an independent objective assessment and the opportunity to demonstrate their potential to investors interested in developing projects in health tourism, and in addition, this is a powerful motivation to strengthen their position in the future.
To assess the investment attractiveness of sanatorium and resort organizations, economic and financial performance indicators are taken into account according to the calculation methodology verified by the largest Russian rating agency Expert RA (RAEX) — historically, the first rating was prepared jointly.
The current rating will be calculated based on the results of 2023.
The rating’s expert council includes Vadim Volchenko, Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea; Sangadzhi Tarbaev, Chairman of the State Duma Committee of the Russian Federation on Tourism and Development of Tourist Infrastructure; Elena Trubnikova, Chairman of the AOT; Sergey Korneev, ex-chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg; Ilya Umansky, President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry and a number of other authoritative industry experts.
The unique Russian sanatorium and resort complex is today the foundation of health tourism in Russia, which accounts for at least 11.5% of the total volume of domestic tourism in terms of the number of trips.
The popularity of travel for health among our citizens is growing every year, approaching 7 million people a year, and therefore there is increasing interest from the state and private investors in projects in this area. We hope that the TOP 100 Russian Health Resorts rating, reflecting the current state of the industry and its leaders, key vectors and trends, will continue to be the starting point when making investment decisions,” said AOT Chairman Elena Trubnikova.
Participation in the rating is free, applications are accepted from sanatorium and resort organizations until June 30, 2024 inclusive, they can be sent from the website https://aotrf.ru/top100/.
The ranking leaders will be awarded at the Annual Forum “Investments in the development of a healthy country. Figures, facts, opportunities”, which will take place in early October in Moscow.
