The opening of the Year of the Family in Crimea took place in Simferopol
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In Simferopol, on the stage of the State Academic Musical Theater of the Republic of Crimea, the Year of the Family in Crimea was launched.
Today I want to say thank you to everyone who raises and educates the younger generation with love and respect, protects and supports the children, telling them about truly important things in our world— said the Head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov, addressing those present.
He called on Crimeans to create large, large families.
There is no need to be afraid to have many children, this is a good tradition. This is important not only for increasing the population of our country, its growth and the development of society. Family is, first of all, the main value in the life of any person, which cannot be replaced by any material wealthcontinued the Head of the Republic.
The Head of Crimea also emphasized that the decisions made by President Vladimir Putin on issues of supporting families with children will always be implemented in full in the Republic.
This is one of the main priorities of our work. We are implementing and will continue to implement all social programs. We will continue to pay special attention to patriotic education and support for the families of SVO participants,” Aksyonov noted.
He thanked the Crimeans, who continue to maintain unity in the most difficult situations — something that helps build the future of Crimea and Russia.
For his significant contribution to the education of the younger generation, Sergei Aksenov presented Crimean families with the “Parental Valor” medal and Letters of Gratitude from the Head of the Republic of Crimea.
Let us recall that in November 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which 2024 was declared the Year of the Family in order to popularize state policy in the field of family protection and the preservation of traditional family values. On the day of the official start of the Year of the Family in Russia, Vladimir Putin signed a decree that establishes a unified status for large families and basic guarantees. Currently, 32,720 large families live in the Republic of Crimea, with 107,914 children.
