At the Parents’ Forum, which took place in Sevastopol, on the basis of the 34 school, the head of the Center for Combating the Ideology of Terrorism and Deviant Behavior in the Educational Sphere, Nikolai Antoshkin, told parents and class teachers about the threats of involving minors in destructive content. Such events are planned to be held in all educational institutions of the city.
Nikolai Antoshkin emphasized the need for parental control over the presence of minors on the Internet, holding conversations with the child at home about the culture of being online and communicating with strangers.
In order to prevent our children from being in destructive content, first of all, it is necessary to work with parents. By participating in such parent forums, we have the opportunity to almost fully convey information to parents and teachers about the threat of destructive communities and determine the vector of joint work , — Nikolay Antoshkin noted.
Meetings with the parent community are held in order to counteract the involvement of minors in destructive content and to promptly respond to carry out timely corrective work with adolescents.
