The Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Yalta invites citizens of the Russian Federation aged 18 to 35 years old to serve (for positions of middle commanding staff — up to 40 years old):

• not brought to criminal and administrative responsibility,
• having a complete secondary, secondary vocational or higher education,
• who speak the state language of the Russian Federation,
• capable, in terms of their personal and business qualities, physical fitness and state of health, to perform the official duties of an employee of the internal affairs bodies.

All candidates must pass a military medical commission, psychological examinations, and pass physical fitness standards.

Recruitment is carried out for positions of junior and middle commanding staff, depending on education.

• career prospects, public service experience,
• the possibility of full-time / part-time education to receive higher professional (legal) education in the Crimean branch of the Krasnodar University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia,
• guaranteed and stable monthly salary (junior commanding staff from 34,000 rubles, average commanding staff from 47,000 rubles),
• annual paid leave from 40 to 60 days, payment of material assistance in the amount of one monthly salary to the annual basic leave,
• employees of internal affairs bodies are guaranteed payments provided for by the Federal Law of July 19, 2011 No. 247-FZ “On social guarantees for employees of internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation and amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”,
• employees with at least 10 years of service are entitled to receive a one-time social payment for the purchase or construction of residential premises,
• compensation for sublease of residential premises (paid in cases stipulated by the current legislation) is paid in the following amounts: per person — 13,416 rubles; for two — 20,124 rubles; for three — 24,037 rubles; for four — 26,832 rubles; for five — 33,540 rubles.
