The President of the Notary Chamber of Sevastopol was awarded a medal of the Guild of Realtors

CrimeaPRESS reports:

The second Sevastopol Interregional Conference dedicated to Realtor Day was held in Sevastopol. The conference was opened by the President of the Real Estate Association of Sevastopol, Grigory Apresov, with a welcoming speech addressed to those gathered and wished everyone continuous professional growth and development. Further presentations were made by specialists from the real estate market and related industries.

The work of a realtor is closely related to the notary. Therefore, the event was not complete without the participation of a representative of the notarial community — the President of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol, Olga Kalenkovich. At the beginning of her speech, she recalled the importance of interaction between realtors and notaries to find common ways to improve efficiency in the real estate market. In her speech, Olga Nikolaevna spoke about the most important changes in the notary office in recent times. One of them is the restriction of free access to the Unified State Register of Real Estate in order to protect the personal data of citizens— noted in the Notary Chamber of Sevastopol.

Next, the head of the Sevastopol notary office listed the types of documents that can now be obtained from a notary. These are traditional paper documents, electronic images of documents, as well as a new type — machine-readable documents. This type of document is gaining popularity and in the future the notary plans to implement a machine-readable service for other types of documents.

Another key innovation in the notary office is remote registration of transactions. Olga Kalenkovich noted that more and more citizens feel the convenience of the remote format of transactions. Statistics on remote transactions are steadily growing and Sevastopol entered the top 5 regions of Russia in terms of the number of remote transactions in 2023. At the same time, this type of notarized document such as a power of attorney is gradually losing its presence in civil circulation.

The final part of the Conference was dedicated to awarding the partners with the departmental medal of the Russian Guild of Realtors Industry recognition “For outstanding professional competencies in the field of real estate.”

It is pleasant to note that the president of the Notary Chamber of the city of Sevastopol was awarded a medal for outstanding professionalism and invaluable contribution to raising the qualifications of realtors in Sevastopol and the Republic of Crimea.
