The Russian government will allocate an additional 30 billion rubles to increase the salaries of employees of state institutions. This was announced by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, opening the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Since the beginning of the year, the wage fund for state employees who are subject to the May decrees has already been increased, and today we will consider a set of issues related to the additional allocation of more than 30 billion rubles for certain categories of citizens— said the Prime Minister.
Among them, he specified, are teachers, doctors, as well as those who deal with issues of science and culture.
They are all employees of federal government agencies.Mishustin added.
The prime minister called these decisions another step aimed at systemic support for Russian citizens. At the same time, the Prime Minister recalled that during the meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, which took place last week, Head of State Vladimir Putin emphasized that attention should not be weakened to raising the salaries of such specialists.
