The Ticket to the Future project will become the standard for career guidance in Russia. Crimean schoolchildren are invited to participate

Specialists of the Ticket to the Future project have developed a career guidance minimum for Russian schools. Methodological recommendations were created with the participation of experts, teachers for the project «School of the Ministry of Education of Russia», at the request of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. The plan includes the development of a career guidance system for schoolchildren in grades 6-11. The result of large-scale work will be the widespread introduction of a career guidance minimum after the completion of specialized examinations.

Methodological recommendations will help determine the readiness of schoolchildren for professional self-determination, starting from the individual characteristics of the child. The requirements of the personnel economy and the specifics of the country’s labor market will also be taken into account.

The project has already received positive feedback from experts. Among them, the work of N. S. Pryazhnikov, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor of the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and Oreshkina A.K., head. lab. Center for Education and Development of the Personality of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «RAO». The concept of the project was additionally tested at the Institute for Education Development Strategy (RAO), where specialists assessed the motivational and career guidance components.

The purpose of creating a professional minimum is to provide career guidance to each student of 6th-11 grades, which means that hundreds of thousands of children will be able to choose their own path in life countrywide. The developed materials provide an excellent platform for developing the competencies of teachers, working with the motivation of schoolchildren, and preliminary acquaintance of students with the labor market, where they will soon become a full participant, and this is the socialization of adolescents. Also, within the recommendations, an important role is assigned to parents who, like no one else, are able to help the child consciously choose a profession , — says Ivan Esin, head of the federal operator of the Ticket to the Future project.

Evgeniy Cherkashin, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Research Fellow of the PAO Institute for Education Development Strategy, added that the career guidance tools presented in the manual are relevant and important:

They set the vector for the development of the theory and practice of vocational guidance, productively reveal the area of ​​intersection of the theory and practice of professional self-determination in modern conditions.

Recall that since September 2021 the digital core of the Ticket to the Future project has been the electronic online platform BVBINFO.RU, developed by the Project operator — the Humanitarian Projects Foundation, approved by the order of the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2021 — 2022 years, more than 600 thousand students from schools with across the country took part in the project. Educational organizations, teachers education, employers, universities and colleges, the largest Russian companies and online platforms, organizations of additional education have become partners of the «Ticket to the Future» on an ongoing basis.

Even now, the experience of the «Ticket to the Future» project is in demand and is actively used by Russian partners in the international arena.

Crimean schoolchildren can take part in the project now on the digital platform https://bvbinfo.ru/2022 and pass professional tests at schools, technical schools and colleges in the region.

Last year Crimean schools hosted career guidance tests from the Ticket to the Future project. The guys learned how to make coffee, set tables, work with a cash register, count customers, handle the 1C program, draw up primary documentation, assess the economic situation of different countries, work as a chemist, do hair, create a mobile calculator, etc. The children managed to get acquainted with different professions in practice and decide on their own.
