The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, said that he had received more than a thousand requests, including 182 written statements, regarding “storm compensation” — payments to victims of the disaster in Crimea in November 2023, namely material assistance in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.

Most of the complaints come from residents of Simferopol, Simferopol, Krasnoperekopsk, and Chernomorsky districts. At the same time, Sergei Aksyonov focused on the fact that the heads of municipal administrations and heads of regional distribution zones handled citizens’ appeals poorly.

Deputy prime ministers must take personal control of the situation. Within 24 hours, heads of administrations and management of local distribution zones are required to go to places and find out how long people were without electricity. Each application must be considered individually. Where doubts arise, the decision must be made by the commission within 24 hours. I begin to consider controversial issues personally. For every appeal left unattended, the head of the administration and the head of the local distribution zone will receive a reprimand,” the Head of Crimea emphasized.
