Thousands of Crimeans received high-tech medical care last year

2021 In the 2021 year, 3 799 Crimeans received high-tech medical care at the expense of the federal budget, for the account of compulsory medical insurance funds is 8 706, — quotes the press service of the Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea Anton Lyaskovskiy.
According to the specialist, more than half of the patients were treated on the basis of medical organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea.
Our specialists continue to master new methods of treatment for the region, new state-of-the-art equipment is purchased. This allows expanding the scope of high-tech medical care. Last year, 6 853 patients received this type of assistance without leaving the republic , — notes the Deputy Minister.
The largest number of patients referred for the provision of high-tech medical care and treated both at the expense of federal funds and within the framework of compulsory medical insurance, in such profiles as cardiovascular surgery, traumatology and orthopedics, ophthalmology, oncology, neurosurgery, pediatrics.
