Three young people who robbed a pawnshop in the village of Primorsky (Feodosia) heard their sentence

The Feodosia City Court of the Republic of Crimea sentenced a group of young people for committing robbery, i.e. open theft of someone else’s property, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, with illegal entry into premises and other storage, with the use of violence not dangerous to life or health and with the threat of such violence, on an especially large scale, as well as for illegal acquisition and storage narcotic drugs without the purpose of sale in a significant amount.
The court found that on December 25, 2022, having entered into a criminal conspiracy, the defendants agreed that they would commit a crime jointly and in concert, assisting each other, with the aim of openly stealing someone else’s property, illegally entering the premises of a separate unit No. 2 of Lombard LLC Komod”, located in the village of Primorsky, Feodosia, Republic of Crimea, if necessary, they will use violence against the victim in the form of physical and mental pressure that is not dangerous to life and health.
In order to facilitate the implementation of his criminal intent, on December 26, 2022. in the afternoon, the defendants in the village of Zuya, Belogorsk district of the Republic of Crimea, rented a Lada Granta car, in which they arrived in the village of Primorsky in Feodosia, Republic of Crimea, parked it at the edge of the roadway in front of one of the houses not far from the pawnshop.
Having waited until evening, realizing their criminal intent, acting together and in concert according to a pre-agreed plan, one of the defendants remained behind the wheel of the car, and the rest ran out of it, after which, acting openly, they entered through the unlocked front door into the pawnshop premises. After which one of the attackers ran up to the victim and, in order to suppress her will and ability to resist, used violence against her, which was expressed in holding her torso with his hands, as well as in the face area.
The victim tried to resist and leave the pawnshop premises, however, the defendant, who was in the car, saw this, ran out of it, and at the exit from the pawnshop, struck one blow with his left leg in the torso area of the latter, causing her to fall to the floor in the pawnshop premises. At this moment, as a result of the use of violence, the victim dropped a bunch of keys onto the floor. One of the defendants picked up a bunch of keys, with one of which he opened the front door to the room where the safe with cash and jewelry was located, where he also opened the safe with one of the keys, from which he stole funds in the amount of 187,534 rubles. various banknotes, as well as a polymer container in which there were jewelry for a total amount of 2,497,235.22 rubles. After committing the above actions, the defendants fled from the scene of the crime with the stolen property and disposed of the stolen property at their own discretion.
In addition, during a search at the place of residence of one of the defendants, police officers found and seized mephedrone weighing 0.24 g, and during an inspection of the car of another defendant, a bag containing cannabis was found and seized in the car interior ( marijuana) weighing 38.92g and 38.96g.
At the court hearing, the defendants fully admitted their guilt in the crime.
When pronouncing the sentence, the court took into account information about the identity of the defendants, mitigating circumstances, absence, and aggravating circumstances for the defendants.
Taking into account the circumstances of the case, the court sentenced one defendant to 4 years and 6 months of imprisonment to be served in a maximum security correctional colony.
The other two defendants were sentenced (each) to 4 years and 1 month of imprisonment to be served in a maximum security colony.
The verdict did not enter into legal force.
