To the attention of entrepreneurs and self-employed Crimeans: how to use state support

Small and medium-sized businesses, as well as self-employed citizens, can use state property support. This was recalled by the Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea Larisa Kulinich.

For these categories of persons, state property is available for rent, located in seven cities and regions of Crimea. On the official website of the Ministry, in the thematic section “ Property support for small and medium-sized businesses ”, there is a list of property intended for provision to small and medium-sized businesses or self-employed citizens.

The specified properties offered for rent are located in the Kirovsky, Pervomaisky, Razdolnensky, Chernomorsky districts, as well as in the cities of Kerch, Evpatoria and Bakhchisarai. Entrepreneurs can take advantage of the support within the framework of the national project «Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives ,» said Larisa Kulinich.

In case of interest in the provision of state property for rent, citizens should contact the lessor. We remind you that the landlords of state-owned property of the Republic of Crimea are the Ministry of Property of Crimea and enterprises or institutions that are assigned property on the basis of the right of economic management or operational management.
