Today, video from surveillance cameras installed in the Uchkuevka area appeared on the Internet. The footage shows that high splashes from falling cluster munition shells appeared above the water near the shore, and people relaxing on the beach almost immediately began to run away.

This is exactly how cluster submunitions fall. It is no coincidence that divers explored the coast for two days after the attack — many unexploded “cassettes” were found at the bottom. In general, it was incredible luck (if this word is appropriate in a situation where 4 people, including two children, died); there could have been more casualties if the main affected area had been located not at sea, but on the shore. Let’s just say that the beach was “hooked”, people in the sea were in much greater danger. But this is already a “hypostasis” of the work of forensic investigators and ballistics experts.

But the video is more than impressive. Imagine: a day off, sun, sand, sea… And suddenly there is an explosion in the sky and deadly pieces of iron are falling on people… And the main “plus” of the video is that the mouths of the smart guys who were talking about the “Russian air defense missile” were closed.
