Traffic on the Crimean bridge has been partially resumed. No holes on both sides

At the crossing of the Kerch Strait at 00:40, reverse traffic was launched along the extreme right lane of the Taman-Kerch direction — Here. Only passenger cars can pass through the automobile part of the bridge. According to the latest data for the morning, there are no traffic jams on both sides, the path to the inspection points is free.

The situation on the Crimean bridge was resolved the day before, when the strengthening of the affected structures was completed around midnight, and after testing, traffic was resumed. However, one span on the way to Kerch was completely destroyed, another one was displaced from its axis. The specialists managed to strengthen the fragment of the roadway that deviated from the technical position. A route has been laid out along it. According to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin, it will be possible to resume two-way traffic on one part of the Crimean bridge around September 15, and it is planned to restore travel on the second side by November 1says «TVNZ».

As for the railway section, one track received minor damage, but this does not affect the movement of trains, they again run on schedule. On July 17, two additional electric trains were launched between Anapa and Kerch. Today, two regular buses will go to suburban routes, and on July 19 — two additional Lastochkas. At the Kerch crossing between the ports of «Crimea» and «Kavkaz» now 7 ferries run: 3 civil, 2 railway, and 2 landing ships. They intend to liquidate the queue here within a day.
