From the beginning of July 2023, the Russian National Commercial Bank (RNCB) is pleased to provide new conditions for participation in the preferential state program «Rural Mortgage». In accordance with the amendments approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, the maximum loan amount for the purchase of housing in rural areas has been increased to 6 million rubles, which makes the program more attractive and affordable for potential borrowers.
The state program provides an opportunity to obtain a loan at a preferential rate of 3% for individual housing construction or the purchase of a ready-made country house with a land plot in rural areas. For houses purchased from individuals, a restrictive period was set no older than 5 years, and for those who choose objects from legal entities, the period should not exceed 3 years.
One of the important changes was the possibility of obtaining a preferential loan for self-construction of a house using ready-made house kits. This allows you to realize your housing plans, taking into account individual needs and preferences.
In addition, program participants will be able to apply for a mortgage for the purchase of apartments in multi-storey buildings with a height of no more than 5 floors in key settlements with a population of 3,000 to 50,000 people. This expands the choice of housing options and makes the program more attractive to those wishing to settle in sparsely populated rural areas.
An important point is the initial payment, which will be 10% of the value of the object. This will allow better control of financial obligations and provide more stable conditions for borrowers.
Nikolai Bilan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the RNCB, emphasizes that the measures of state support for mortgage programs have already brought significant results. Thanks to the provision of a preferential rate, more than 1.5 billion rubles have already been allocated for the purchase of housing in rural areas, which indicates the benefits of these initiatives for providing affordable housing in the regions.
The Russian National Commercial Bank (RNKB) is an active participant in government programs, including «Preferential Mortgage», «Family Mortgage» and «IT Mortgage». By purchasing apartments being built using the bank’s project financing, borrowers can count on mortgage rates from 4% to 7%.
