Vladimir Konstantinov: Modernization of educational infrastructure continues in Crimea

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, Crimea is actively preparing for the start of the new academic year. The republic continues the implementation of federal and regional programs to modernize the educational infrastructure.

By September 1, a new school for 700 students will open in the village of Trekhprudnoye, Simferopol District, and new educational buildings for 360 people will open at school No. 1 in the village of Kirovskoe, Kirov District.

At the expense of funds from the federal budget, major repairs are also being completed in eleven schools. Among them are the Crimean boarding school for gifted children, the Dachnovskaya school in Sudak, school No. 6 in Feodosia, Krasnomakskaya and Pochtovskaya schools of the Bakhchisaray district, school No. 1 in Bakhchisarai, Ilyichevskaya and Krasnoflotskaya schools of the Soviet district, Saki school No. 4 named after the Hero of the Soviet Union F.I. Senchenko and other objects.

As part of the republican targeted investment program, 36 educational institutions were repaired in Crimea in 2023— said the head of the Crimean parliament.

Vladimir Konstantinov stressed that the level of accessibility of preschool education is also increasing in the republic.

At the expense of funds from the federal budget, eight buildings of kindergartens were built, one modular preschool institution was installed, and an existing building in the village of Malorechenskoye was repaired.

Within the framework of RAIP, major repairs were carried out in nine preschool educational institutions in 2023— said the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea.

With funds from the Crimean budget, according to Vladimir Konstantinov, repairs have also been completed this year in 12 institutions of secondary vocational education.

In addition, 153 million rubles have been allocated in the republic for major repairs in two preschool institutions, seven schools, three institutions of secondary vocational education and one social service institution. The work will be carried out during the academic year without prejudice to classes.

In the new academic year, 50 educational centers «Point of Growth» will start operating in the cities and regions of Crimea. In Simferopol, on the basis of the station of young technicians, an «IT-cube» is opened, at school No. 4 named after Marshal F.I. Tolbukhin, the Quantorium begins to work, and in the Crimean boarding school for gifted children — the Regional Center for Identifying and Supporting Gifted Children «Impulse» in the areas of «Art», «Science», «Sport»— summed up the head of the parliament of the republic.
