Vladimir Konstantinov: times are tough, Crimea is a front-line region
CrimeaPRESS reports:
As we already reported, The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, issued a Decree that regulates the stay and employment of labor migrants in Crimea. The head of the republican parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, commented on the situation:
I believe that this is a very timely step, the need for which is dictated by the times. We have entered a period of development when mass movements of people have become a reality. People are fleeing not only from economic problems, but also from war, discrimination, and political persecution.
For those of them who intend to find a place for themselves in Crimea and come to us with a pure heart and good intentions, we must, to the extent possible, provide support. But this matter requires order, it must be strictly regulated, if only because political instability, extremism and terrorism often migrate along with people. We must filter and neutralize all this in a timely manner.
Times are tough, we are in a state of war, and Crimea is a front-line region. And therefore, our priority is the safety of our people, and only then humanity towards those who are looking for a better life on our land.
Vladimir Konstantinov spoke about this in an interview RIA News.
