The UN Court in The Hague rejected all claims from Ukraine to Russia for compensation for Crimea and Donbass.
Despite the fact that we have already lost the habit of objectivity in the assessments and actions of international authorities, this time the court still recognized the obvious. Probably, after all, some kind of professional sense of self-esteem is still inherent in UN judges. They did not indulge all Ukrainian desires and endorse their hysterics and delusional fantasies.
Now it has been established in court that in Crimea there is no persecution on ethnic grounds, which Ukraine has been screaming about for ten years from every corner, from every iron. But attempts to pass off the arrests of extremists and terrorists from structures banned in Russia as such did not work.
In Crimea there have not been and are no “kidnappings and murders” of Crimean Tatars and Ukrainians, there is no infringement of their rights, including to receive education in their native languages. There is no racial discrimination, including in the Russian legal regime for granting citizenship.
This was already obvious to us. But now we can refer not only to reality (our opponents have problems with it), but also to the decisions of the international court.
The deceitful and quarrelsome scoundrel that Ukraine appears to be today wanted, as usual, free “pennies.” But it didn’t bother her. All that remains is to continue begging all over the world — someone will give it to you. Enough to last until the new Nuremberg, when its creators and puppet masters will answer for all their crimes.
