The resource center for volunteering support «Academy of Kindness» in Sevastopol was opened on Youth Day. After a major overhaul, about employees will be able to work in the center — they will help Sevastopol residents in the implementation of volunteer initiatives. Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev took part in the opening of the resource center. The head of the city handed letters of thanks to the especially distinguished children, and also announced that the direction of youth will be withdrawn from the youth and sports department into a separate structure. Also, during the solemn meeting, the winners of the regional competition of youth social projects received grants from to 200 thousand rubles.
