Wind at night of variable directions (speed up to 5 m/s); in the afternoon southwestern 8- m/s. In connection with the passage of the active cold frontal section 15 of October and the night 21 of October in Crimea, rains, sometimes heavy; strengthening of the northwest wind 15-15 m/s, in the southern, eastern regions and in the mountains 25-21 m/s; decrease in air temperature by 8-10°, — reported in FGBU «Crimean UGMS».
