«Week of Russian Fairy Tale» starts in Crimea from June 8

Performances will be presented by artists of the Crimean Academic Puppet Theatre.
The Crimean Academic Puppet Theater within the framework of participation in the XVI International Festival «The Great Russian Word» will hold the traditional event «Week of Russian Fairy Tale». From June 8 to 11, the theater opens the doors to a magical land where the youngest spectators are waiting for their favorite characters.
June 8 the performance «Ladushki-ladushki» will convey the unforgettable atmosphere of Russian folklore and present fairy tales familiar from the cradle with lively, confidential communication with the child, warm and cozy, like mother’s lullabies or grandmother’s tales.
the 9th of June a magical chest will open and the favorite fairy tale of all the kids «Mashenka and the Bear» will come to life. A good performance reveals the richness of the Russian soul, its unique ability for compassion.
Solo performance based on the Russian folk tale «Geese-Swans» June 10th will bring to the audience simple, but so important truths in the modern world and worldly wisdom accumulated over the centuries.
The production of «Scraps in the back streets» June 11 will tell you how to help children believe in justice, become kind, courageous and sympathetic heroes in their lives.
The best experience, folk traditions and customs have absorbed Russian fairy tales in order to pass on their centuries-old wisdom from generation to generation.
