When the argument in an unfinished drunken argument becomes… a frying pan. Case in Sevastopol

CrimeaPRESS reports:

A suspect was detained in Sevastopol for causing bodily harm to his friend. It would seem like a drunken quarrel, a common article about causing “minor harm to health”, but in this story the “drama” attracts attention: the beginning of the conflict and the weapon of the crime. From the dry lines of the protocol:

During a conflict that arose over the drinking of alcoholic beverages, a local resident who had previously been repeatedly convicted, including for causing harm to health, struck his drinking companion at least three times on the head with a frying pan.

It was established that the suspect and two friends were drinking alcohol in the apartment. Having gotten pretty drunk, one of the men went to sleep in the next room, leaving the 35-year-old intruder and his 40-year-old friend in the kitchen. During the conversation, a verbal altercation arose between them, which, against the backdrop of alcohol intoxication, escalated into a conflict. The 40-year-old man decided to end the argument and also went to sleep in the next room, but the suspect realized that he was not satisfied with this outcome, and, not having come up with anything more effective to express his emotions, he grabbed a frying pan from the stove and followed his opponent. The attacker was not stopped by the fact that his comrade was already resting, and he struck him on the head with a frying pan at least three times, causing minor harm to health. The victim managed to run out of the apartment and get to the nearest grocery store, where they called an ambulance and also reported the incident to the police.

A criminal case was opened against the person detained by the investigation department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Leninsky district under paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Intentional infliction of minor harm to health”), he faces up to two years in prison— summed up the results at the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.

PS. And tell him that the frying pan is more of a feminine tool for education…
