CrimeaPRESS reports:

He staged a “pyrotechnic show” on the day of national mourning.

In Sevastopol, a local resident was brought to justice for violating the city governor’s ban on the use of pyrotechnic products. During the monitoring of instant messengers and social networks, a video was identified in which on March 24, 2024, the day of national mourning in connection with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall complex, an unknown man sets off fireworks.

The local police commissioner of OP No. 1 «Severnoe» together with employees of the Department of Public Security of Sevastopol promptly went to the scene of the incident. It was established that for the purposes of entertainment, a 43-year-old local resident set off fireworks, thereby violating the restriction on the use of pyrotechnic products established by decree of the Governor of the city of Sevastopol dated December 1, 2023 No. 63-UG. The man confessed to the offense and repented, and also said that he did not know about the day of mourning— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Sevastopol.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender under Part 1 of Art. 20.6.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency situation or the threat of its occurrence.” The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of one thousand to thirty thousand rubles.
